- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system, except where qqq555 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by event, game type, and player account tier.
- In the event of a technical failure — including server interruption, disconnection, or software error — that affects the outcome of a game round or bet settlement, qqq555 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its technical incident policy. - Any bet identified as having been placed as part of a coordinated strategy to exploit bonus terms, arbitrage opportunities, or system vulnerabilities will be voided. Associated accounts will be reviewed and may be restricted or closed.
- Slot games, crash games, and table games use certified random number generator (RNG) software. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are disclosed within each game's information panel. qqq555 does not alter RTP settings beyond those configured by the licensed provider.
